Therapy for Residents of Mercer Island

Welcome

Is chronic or situational anxiety taking over your life? Maybe your mind won’t stop racing, your body stays on high alert, and fear shows up even when you can’t explain why.

Anxiety can disrupt sleep, change your appetite, and trigger scary physical symptoms like heart palpitations, pain, or excessive sweating. It can feel like you’re being pulled under by rough water.

The good news: anxiety disorders are treatable. With the right anxiety treatment, practical strategies, and support, you can learn to manage fear, reduce symptoms, and regain a sense of control. If anxiety is keeping you from living the life you want, getting help can bring real relief.
