Welcome
Is anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm making it hard to feel like yourself? Maybe your thoughts won’t slow down, your body feels constantly on edge, or even simple tasks feel heavier than they should.
When worry lingers, it can affect sleep, relationships, focus, and overall well-being. You may find yourself avoiding situations, second-guessing decisions, or pushing through the day while feeling internally unsettled.
Support is available. With effective treatment, practical tools, and compassionate guidance, it’s possible to reduce symptoms, build resilience, and regain a sense of steadiness. If emotional distress is interfering with daily life, reaching out for help can be a powerful step toward meaningful relief and lasting change.
My Specialty Areas Include
Is your anxiety getting in the way of living a joyous, productive and peaceful life? Do feelings of panic frighten, immobilize or isolate you?
Are fear and anxiety causing you to feel depressed, hopeless, lost and confused? As these feelings build, you may notice they’re harming your sleep, focus, work performance and relationships.
Does taking tests cause you extreme anxiety or panic regardless of how much you’ve prepared? Do you spend time leading up to the test playing a catastrophic movie of failure or rehearsing impending tragedy over and over in your head?
Does exposure to your phobia illicit extreme panic – causing you to instantly fear that you’re going to die, feel disconnected from your surroundings or wonder if you’re going crazy?
Does your heart race and pound fiercely, your chest tighten or your stomach feel pained or sick? Do the spells of panic feel like they last an eternity?
Cognitive therapy helps you identify automatic unrealistic thoughts and modify the interpretations and the meaning of the thoughts, resulting in a decrease of anxiety.
