Therapy for Residents of Bellevue

Welcome

Is chronic or situational anxiety making everyday life feel smaller and more fearful? Racing thoughts can take over fast—triggering a constant sense of danger and leaving the body tense, unsettled, and exhausted.

Anxiety can disrupt sleep, affect appetite, and create frightening physical symptoms like heart palpitations, pain, or excessive sweating. It can feel like being pulled under turbulent water.

Anxiety disorders show up in many forms, but they are treatable. With effective anxiety treatment, practical strategies, and supportive coaching, fear can be reduced, symptoms can be managed, and confidence can return over time. If anxiety is keeping life on hold, getting help can bring meaningful relief.
